our process
At Station Four most web redesigns will go through a number of phases. Through managing countless projects and clients we believe we have developed a process that allows for open communication, setting clear expectations, and ultimately a finished product that both the developer and client are happy with.
1. discover
During the discovery process we work with and listen to you describe your business, your objectives, and your needs. Depending on the project size we may conduct a strategic analysis, create a profile of your customers, document your online and offline competition, or help you work through your application requirements.
2. design
Now that we understand the scope and size of your project, we begin working on the details. The architecture and relationships between areas of your website are mapped out on the sitemap. The layout of the site is demonstrated using gray-box wireframes. And design compositions allow us to perfect the design before going into development.
3. develop
With the design approved, your project moves into development. Communicating regularly with the client as we hit our previously defined milestones.
4. deliver
With the development done it's time to show the world. We work with you to ensure that your site launch is a success with Internet Marketing and SEO.
5. refine
With analytics installed we work with you to track the success of your site and refine it over time.
