A partnership developed over time
Employbridge is the parent company to 15 nationwide brands, all focused on providing staffing services to industry verticals. Station Four began the partnership by helping the company responsify their current websites. From there, the relationship grew to include standardizing and optimizing the job search functionality in several of their brands, then to designing and developing the full brand sites themselves.
Standardizing search functionality
The primary goal for the companies under Employbridge is to connect job seekers with job postings. Station Four’s development team created a jobs API to standardize the way potential employees could search for available positions within each of the unique brands. The API was also designed to make maintenance and updating for each site a lot easier to manage.
Each of the brands under Employbridge have their own unique feel, but require very similar functionality. To cut development time for new sites by 80%, Station Four was able to design a bare-bones template based on the functionality requirements shared by the brands. Each brand continues to carry its uniqueness through design, but when it comes to development, the time and cost savings are tangible.
